$90.00 for USTFCCCA Member Schools per team, men’s and women’s team being separate. Per the USTFCCCA recommendations, the entry fees for Non-member schools will be $140/team. (To check your membership status, go to www.ustfccca.org) |
| Entry Deadline: | Tuesday, September 11, 2012 by 11:59 pm |
| Packet Pickup: | Team packets will be at Shelter #4 by the team parking area starting at 10:00AM on Saturday, September 15, 2012. |
| Scoring/Timing/Results: | PCR Timing (www.pcrtiming.com) will be the timing and results system. PCR Timing uses the DAG System (disposable chip in the bib number). |
| Results: | Results will be available about 15 minutes after the completion of the men’s race and posted at www.buffalobulls.com and www.pcrtiming.com. Copies of the results will be available after the awards presentations. |
| Awards: | Will begin at approximately 1:45 at the Overlook Shelter. Tee-shirts to the top 10 collegiate finishers. |
| Parking: | Team Parking will be available for team busses & vans near the course start. Spectator parking will be available at no cost, but will be located about 800m from the race course. If you have spectators attending with special needs for parking, please contact Vicki Mitchell (vam3@buffalo.edu) and we will accommodate! |
| Restrooms: | Restrooms will be available at the site. There are no shower facilities available at the meet site. Showers will be available in Alumni Arena at the University at Buffalo. |
