2009-10: Selected as the women’s cross country team’s Most Improved. Competed in six cross country meets. Set to 5K time of 19:15 at UB Stampede Open. Finished 85th in a 6K time of 25:24.5 at the MAC Cross Country Championships. Did not compete during the track seasons.

2008-09: Raced in five cross country meets setting a top 5K time of 20:25 at the UB Invitational. Competed in middle distance races during the indoor and outdoor track seasons.

High School: Captained two seasons and earned 10 letters for coach Ron Hebbard at Valley Central High School. Raced in the 2008 state outdoor championships in the 4x800m relay helping the Vikings to fourth place. Was part of the Section IX Distance Medley Relay entry at the state indoor meet.

Personal: Born June 12, 1990. Daughter of William and Wendy Cavalluzzo. Has one brothers (Billy) and four sisters (Missy, Holly, Heidi, Katie, Riley). Favorite food is pierogies and pancakes. Favorite movie include Pearl Harbor and The Patriot. Enjoys country music and lists country artist Chuck Wicks as her favorite. Favorite athletes inlcude distance runners Kara Goucher and Shannon Rowbury. Majoring in social sciences and would like to become an elementary school teacher.
