2009-10: Raced in seven cross country meets. Set top 5K mark of 20:01 at UB Invitational and top 6K mark of 22:56 at Paul Short Invitational. Placed 76th at the MAC Cross Country Championships in 25:09.5. Had top indoor mile time of 5:09.67 at Sykes-Sabock Challenge Cup and  top outdoor 800m time of 2:21.38 at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic.

High School: Won four letters and captained two seasons for coach Dave Frazer at Wellington C. Mepham High School. Finished 19th at the 2008 state cross country championships, earning all-state honors. A four-time all-county honoree. Helped the Pirates to 2006 and 2007 class titles.

Personal: Born October 13, 1991. Daughter of Paul and Kalina Beim. Has one brother (Daniel). Hobbies include drawing and painting. Lists oatmeal cookies as a favorite food. Favorite athlete is U.S. Olympic 800m runner Nick Symmonds. Favorite movie is The Sandlot. Majoring in engineering.
