2010: Played in 88 sets during her first season with the Bulls...had a career-high 17 kills against Army (9/19)...finished in double figures in kills three times, also adding 12 kills against West Virginia (8/28) and 12 kills against Air Force (9/17)...was named to the All-Tournament team at the Army Invitational following the weekend...had four double-digit digging matches, including a career-high 16 against Miami (OH)...also had 14 digs in a five-set win over Ohio (11/5)....had a career-high four blocks against Navy (9/3) and a career-best four service aces against Bryant (9/19).
High School: Earned three letters and captained one season for Tony Messina at Padua Franciscan High School...helped the team to a 25-3 record as a senior as she earned North Coast League honors in both 2008 and 2009...won state championships in both 2008 and 2009, picking up player of the game honors during the 2009 state championship...was also a member of the high school lacrosse and track teams.
Personal: Born August 31, 1992...daughter of Jim and Mary...has two brothers (Danny and Tom) and one sister (Liz)...enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding and jetskiing...lists her favorite athletes as Mia Hamm and Shawn Johnson...was also recruited by Bradley, Bowling Green and Findlay, but chose UB because of the volleyball program and the school in general...lists the toughest opponent she has ever faced as fellow UB classmate, Dani Reinert...would like to set the UB school record for career kills...if she could switch lives with one person, it would be Miley Cyrus...chose her uniform number because her older brother who plays hockey wears it and she has always looked up to him.
