BUFFALO, NY – The UB women's volleyball team returned home after a three-match road trip on Friday night, but fell 3-0 in their return to Bowling Green at Alumni Arena. The loss drops UB's record to 15-10 on the season and 5-6 in the MAC.
"We came out flat and had a lot of missed opportunities tonight," said head coach Todd Kress. "Bowling Green played very well and we need to regain our focus before tomorrow night's match."
Bowling Green was led by 12 kills from Noelle Spitler and 11 kills from Shari Luther. Alex Zlabis had 19 kills, while Allison Kearny added 39 assists.
The Bulls are back in action tomorrow when they host Miami at 5:00 pm.
