Career at UB

Fall 2012: Went 2-3 in singles and 2-1 in doubles during the fall, seeing action at both the Cornell Fall Invite and in the dual against Niagara, where she played at fifth singles and third doubles.

2011-12: Finished 11-11 in singles action and 7-12 in doubles during her first year at Buffalo...went 9-8 at sixth singles, including a 5-3 mark during conference play...spent time playing at both second and third doubles, recording four victories with partner Kira Golenko at third doubles.

High School: Attended the International Berkeley School… also played softball, basketball and swam for her school. 

Personal: Born February 20, 1993… daughter of Julio Candanoza and Esther Segrera… has one brother, Julian… will major in Business Administration/International Business… enjoys traveling, listening to music and playing paintball… was also recruited by Penn State, Duquesne, UTEP and Long Island… lists Italy as her ideal travel destination.
