Tanvi Shah Ranked By Intercollegiate Tennis Association

BUFFALO, NY - The Intercollegiate Tennis Association released their final rankings for the 2011-12 season and Buffalo sophomore Tanvi Shah was ranked 11th in singles in the Northeast Region. Shah, who was a first-team All-MAC selection, led the Bulls in wins this past year.

Shah finished with a 16-9 record as she played all season at first singles. She went 12-5 at number one, including 6-2 in MAC play. All six of Shah's conference wins have came in straight sets and both of her MAC losses came to players that were also first-team All-MAC selections.

Shah joins five other players from this past season that will return for 2012-13.
