Bulls Fall to Central Connecticut State Women's Soccer The University at Buffalo women’s soccer team opened their weekend series on the road at Central Connecticut State this afternoon, falling to the Blue Devils, 3-1. Angela Nicholas scored Buffalo’s only goal five minutes into the first half. UB goalkeeper Amy Coron had six saves in the game.
Bulls Fall to Blackbirds in Double Overtime Women's Soccer The University at Buffalo women’s soccer team dropped their second game of the weekend this afternoon, falling to Long Island, 1-0, in a double-overtime thriller at LIU Field. The game was scoreless for the first 100 minutes, but LIU put one past UB goalkeeper Amy Coron (Farmington, NY/Victor) just 57 second into the second overtime to clinch the Blackbird win.
Bulls Fall to Pittsburgh in Season Opener Women's Soccer The University at Buffalo women’s soccer team opened their 2009 season against the Pittsburgh Panthers on Friday night at Pittsburgh’s Founders Field. The Bulls fell to the Panthers 1-0 with senior goalkeeper Amy Coron making 12 big saves to keep the game close.
