2008-09: Redshirted... Overall record of 12-3 at 165/174.... captured first-place titles in “B” bracket of the NYS Intercollegiate  Championships and at the Jamestown CC Open in the 174-pound weight class... placed sixth at the Michigan State Open and UB Open in the 165-pound weight class.

High School: Earned five letters and captained one season at G. Ray Bodley High School for coach Mike Conners... as a senior, went 54-1 at 160... Finished second at the 2008 NYS Division I Championship... won two sectional titles... also competed in gymnastics earning third and fourth-place finishes at the state meet.
