"I felt we had a good meet today. I wish we were a little better and be able to finish our races better, but that happens when we travel," said head coach Andy Bashor. "The divers came through for us today and kept us in the meet."
The UB women are now 5-1 overall and 2-0 in MAC meets. The loss to the Spartans was their first dual meet loss since November 5, 2011 and spanned 11 meets, which also includes today's win over Bowling Green. The UB men are 2-2 overall in dual competition.
The squads travel to Oxford, OH for tomorrow's meet at Miami (OH) at 2:00 pm.
"We will need to be better than we were today," said Bashor. "I believe we will be up for the challenge."
