2009-10: Placed 19th in the 1,650 freestyle (17:28.55) at the MAC Championships. Also finished 24th in the 200 butterfly (2:08.57) at the MAC meet.

2008-09: Earned lifetime best times in the 1,650 freestyle (17:31.65) and 200 butterfly (2:08.73) at the MAC Championships.

2007-08: Posted career-best times in the 500 freestyle (5:09.29) and 400 IM (4:38.78) at the MAC Championships.

High School: Graduated from Shenendehowa High School. Part of the Schenectady Swim Club coached by Jerry Adams. Part of the 800 freestyle relay squad for four years.

Personal: Born May 15, 1989. Daughter of Paul and Lori Koopman. Has one brother (Josh). Favorite athlete is Dara Torres. Favorite movie is Legally Blonde. Favorite TV show is One Tree Hill. Majoring in business management with a goal of owning a marketing firm.
