High School:  A three-year letterwinner and one-year captain for John Conway at Duanesburg Central High School...named Western Athletic Conference first-team All-Star and Defensive Player of the Year...also played basketball. 

Personal:  Born December 12, 1990...parents are John Mitchell and Debra...has a brother, Zach, and two sisters, Caitlin and Aliza...favorite musician is Jack Johnson....lists her greatest athletic influence as Lance Armstrong.....chose UB because of the academics and big school atmosphere...plans to major in communication.
