Bulls Add Three More to 2013 Class
The UB men’s soccer team made its final three signings of the offseason Thursday afternoon, adding a pair players with international experience and a New York City-area native to the class. That makes 14 new members to the team under new head coach Stu Riddle.

Men's Soccer Releases 2013 Schedule
A week after announcing his 11-member recruiting class, head coach Stu Riddle unveiled the team's 18-game schedule for the 2013 season on Thursday. On the docket will be seven of the 12 total non-conference games serving as rematches from 2012, and a home-heavy Mid-American Conference schedule that will see the very best in the conference come to UB Stadium.

Buffalo Soccer to Host Coed Goalkeeper Camps
The Buffalo men’s and women’s soccer teams will be hosting a weekly coed goalkeeper camp this Spring, from 5 pm to 6 pm every Monday from April 1 to May 20. The camp will be directed by women’s head coach Michael Thomas, and men’s assistant coach Cody Camp.

Rahim Mohamed Added to Men's Soccer Coaching Staff
New head men’s soccer coach Stu Riddle rounded out his coaching staff this afternoon, announcing the addition of Rahim Mohamed as his assistant coach for the upcoming season. Mohamed comes to Buffalo after serving as an assistant coach in Canada for Forest City London Soccer Club of the USL’s Premier Developmental League, and most recently serving as an assistant coach for Fanshawe College’s women’s soccer team in 2012.

Division Of Athletics Posts Program-Best 3.039 GPA
The University at Buffalo Division of Athletics finished an exceptional semester in the classroom in the Fall of 2012, post a school-best 3.039 GPA. This marked the first time that the Athletic Department has surpassed a 3.0 GPA in back-to-back semesters.

Men's Soccer Coaching Staff Adds Cody Camp
New head men's soccer coach Stu Riddle began to build his new staff in his first week on campus, today announcing the addition of Cody Camp as the goalkeepers coach for UB. Camp was a former player under Riddle at Western Michigan before an injury led him to a new career as a coach. He joined the Bronco's staff in 2011 as a student assistant.

Stu Riddle Named Men’s Soccer Head Coach
Stu Riddle has been hired as the men’s soccer head coach at the University at Buffalo, UB Director of Athletics Danny White announced on Wednesday. Riddle comes to Buffalo from Mid-American Conference foe Western Michigan where, in four seasons, he revitalized the Broncos’ men’s soccer program.

Center defender Jake Jacobs was named the freshman of the year and three other Bulls were named to the All-Big Four team, as announced today by Western New York Soccer News. Seniors Matthew Chereson and Maksym Kowal and junior Richard Craven were named to the 11-man team.

Bulls Lose Out on Playoff Berth With Loss to Northern Illinois
After winning three straight matches to even remain in the hunt for a berth in the Mid-American Conference tournament, the Buffalo men's soccer team could not keep its good fortune running Friday night, losing 1-0 to Northern Illinois in the regular season finale. The Huskies scored in the 28th minute and the Bulls came up just shy on a number of opportunities in the second half.

Bulls Roll to Third Straight Win, Beat Hartwick 1-0
The Buffalo men's soccer team continues to find it's pace at the perfect time of the year, racking up another shutout win Wednesday night with a 1-0 decsion over Hartwick (4-10-1, 1-5 MAC). The Bulls (5-10-1, 3-3 MAC) used a first-half goal from senior Joey Merlo to earn the win. The game, originally scheduled for Tuesday, was the team's third straight win and kept its hopes for a berth in the Mid-American Conference tournament alive.

Bulls Fight Past Western Michigan For Senior Night Win
It was senior night for the Buffalo men's soccer team Friday night, and with its playoff chances again hanging in the balance, the team looked to its six veterans to lead the way. A goal from senior Maksym Kowal and a six-save shutout from Jonathan Viscosi led the team to a 2-0 win over Western Michigan in a game that, to put it mildly, was a wild affair.

Bulls Open Home MAC Schedule With Win
It was a successful homecoming for the Buffalo Bulls in more ways than one Friday afternoon. Not only was it the first game of homecoming weekend, but it also was the team's first game at UB Stadium in 26 days. The team snapped its four-game losing streak and beat the Florida Atlantic Owls 1-0, earning the Bulls three important points in the Mid-American Conference playoff hunt. Richard Craven scored the game's only goal in the first half, and Jonathan Viscosi secured the team's first shutout of the season with seven saves.

Tremendous Depth Brings Optimistic Bulls Into 2012
With only two starters graduating from a team that won eight games in 2012 and a talented group of incoming players, the 2012 season could shape up to be one to remember for the men’s soccer team. Buffalo returns at least two experienced and talented returners on defense, in the midfield, and on the attack. Of the 26 goals scored and 25 assists by UB in 2011, the team returns players who accounted for 17 goals and 18 assists. On defense, the Bulls welcome back both goalkeepers who saw action last season, and a young core of defensive backs who have emerged as stout defenders who are also capable of attacking the opposition on offense.

Former Bull Brian Knapp Joins Coaching Staff
Brian Knapp enters his first season as a volunteer assistant for the men's soccer team after playing for four years in the Blue and White. The former midfielder played for the Bulls from 2003-06 and helped lead a turnaround that saw the team go from winning one game in 2003 to a program-record 14 in 2005. Knapp is eighth on the program's career assist record list with 14 for his career.

University at Buffalo men's soccer player Mike Unwin has been named the Mid-American Conference's co-Player of the Week, the league announced the award from its Cleveland headquarters late Tuesday. The senior shared the award with Western Michigan freshman Derek Schrauben.

Two University at Buffalo men's soccer players, Juha Kaartoluoma and Nick Fetterman, have been named to the ESPN Academic All-Distirct Second Team. The awards, sponsored by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), were announced on Tuesday.
