High School: Captained one season and earned three letters at Pittsford Mendon High School for coach Mark Hurley. Led the Vikings to the New York State Public High School Championship as a senior. Played in the state All-Star Game following senior season. Also ran track in high school as a middle-distance runner.

Personal: Born March 21, 1989. Son of Abraham and Vicki Brouk. Has one brother (Seyefe) and one sister (Samra). Favorite movie is Boondock Saints. Chose to attend UB because of the diversity and academics. Dream as a college athlete is to win the MAC and earn a trip to the NCAA Tournament. Majoring in business administration.
