Scott Pilkey is entering his fifth season as the Director of High School Relations. Pilkey's duties include on campus recruiting and offensive administrative assistant duties.  

He served as the administrative assistant to the running backs coach in his first two seasons and enters his third year as the assistant to the offensive line coach.

Pilkey is no stranger to football in Western New York as he has coached area teams at numerous levels. A graduate of Buffalo, Pilkey spent five seasons as a coach at Erie Community College under former Buffalo running back coach Dennis Green, including his last three seasons as the co-defensive coordinator, defensive coordinator and recruiting coordinator. He also coached wide receivers, tight ends, quarterbacks, defensive linemen and linebackers during his tenure with the Kats.

Prior to coaching at ECC, he spent one season as the offensive and defensive line assistant coach at Niagara Falls High School.

In 1998, Pilkey was an assistant to the head coach for the Buffalo Warriors - a semi-pro team in the now-defunct New York Football League.
