Fresh off two productive years in the heart of the Buffalo lineup, Brad Cochrane joined head coach Ron Torgalski’s squad for the 2011 season. Now in his third season, Cochrane serves as the main assistant to Torgalski.

With Cochrane’s guidance, the Buffalo offense has been chugging along as healthy as it has ever been. In the 2012 season, the UB offense set all-time program records for games played, doubles, home runs, and total bases. Individually, new records were set for home runs, RBI, and total bases.

Individually, juniors Matt Pollock and Jason Kanzler saw tremendous jumps in not only power production, but also top-10 batting averages in the conference.

Personally, Brad set program record for doubles in a season in 2010, with 21. Also drove in 49 runs 2010, second most in program history for a single season. In his senior season, he started in 51 games, splitting time at designated hitter, catcher, second base and third base.

In his first season with the Bulls he started in 31 of 38 games. Prior to Buffalo, he played catcher for two years at Lon Morris College for head coach Josh Stewart. In high school he played at Lester B. Pearson.

Born February 15, 1988, Cochrane is the son of David and Brada and has a sister, Michelle. He earned his degree in sociology in 2010.
