UB BULLS FOOTBALL GAME DAY GUIDE

Welcome to another exciting season of UB Football. Whether you are a season ticket holder or this is your first time at UB Stadium, we welcome you to the home of the UB Bulls!

 



In order to make your game day experience more enjoyable, we have created the GAME DAY GUIDE to provide you with information and services.

UB Stadium opens 90 minutes prior to kick-off.

PARKING, TAILGATING and TRANSPORTATION SERVICES

General Public Parking is FREE on game days. Please follow all parking instructions while on campus. Tune into 1620 AM for campus news and traffic reports.

RESERVED parking is available to accommodate Touchdown Season Ticket Holders, Athletic Donors at the $500+ level and media guests. Parking hangtags are required to park in the lots directly adjacent to UB Stadium.

HANDICAP parking spaces appear in all lots on UB's North Campus. Parking attends can help you locate the next available spot in each lot.

A Handicap Shuttle also loops continuously on game day from the Lower Slee Parking Lot to the Stadium Lot on the South side of the stadium. Signage at both lots indicate pickup/drop off locations. An elevator and ramp is also located on the South end of each grandstand

Tailgating is allowed in all parking lots. Tents, grills and accessories are best set up in grassy areas or adjacent to your parked cars.

The Special Events lot located between Coventry and Flint Road can also accommodate RV parking.

Plan your pregame party at STAMPEDE SQUARE. 

True Blue Avenue located on Coventry Road
Free pregame tailgate for UB Students (college atmosphere but open to students, alumni, parents, etc)

TICKET INFORMATION

Office Hours: The Alumni Arena Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm. All payment methods are accepted. The UB Stadium Ticket Booths, located at the North and South ends open 90 minutes prior to kick off on game days.

Wheelchair accessibility is available on both grandstands on the walkway separating the 100 & 200 level. A specific ticket is not needed to sit in this area. Inquire with usher or game day staff for companion folding chairs if needed. Elevators and ramps are located at the South end of each grandstand. See parking information for additional handicap information and transportation.

Undergraduate Students: Free with valid UB ID.
Graduate Students & Guests of UB Students: Eligible for $10 tickets.
Student ticket entrances are located at both the North & South stadium entrances

STADIUM INFORMATION and LOCATIONS:

Stadium Club
West Concourse/North End: Open to donors at the $75 + Level & Alumni Members.  Food & Beverages Available.  Game Viewable. Open until the end of half time.

NEW Champions Club
West Concourse – South End. Open to donors at the $250+ Level. Food & Beverages available. Game Viewable. Open until the end of half time.

Fan Central
Sales Information available on both concourses.

ATM
There is an ATM on the west concourse near the stairwell. There is also an ATM located inside the main lobby of Alumni Arena, directly across the street from the stadium.

First Aid
Located at the top of the West Grandstand ramp, Room 203.

Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are located at the South Ticket booth for fans needing assistance inside stadium gates.

Lost & Found
Inquiries on lost or found items can be directed to Guest Relations located at the South gate. Unclaimed items will be sent to the Campus Police building located at the corner of the Coventry Street entrance.

Elevators
Are located at the SOUTH end of both grandstands.

Restrooms
Are located on both grandstands and offer handicap accessibility and baby changing stations.

Concessions
Stands & carts are located throughout UB Stadium and on both grandstand concourses. Alcohol is not sold on game days.

Guest Relations
Booths are located on both grandstands.

Merchandise
Stands are located in concourse area of both grandstands.

Family Zones
Kid Zone Activities (West Concourse - North End)

Ushers
Are located throughout UB Stadium and are clearly identified with their yellow “Event Staff” jackets. Ushers can assist with seat location and companion seat set-up.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited at UB Stadium.

Prohibited Items
Fans should not enter UB Stadium with backpacks, umbrellas, food/drinks, glass containers, video cameras, coolers, dogs/animals, or weapons. All items entering the stadium will be inspected. Fans can speed their entry into the stadium by leaving these items behind.

Strollers will be permitted into the Stadium, however they cannot obstruct an isle way.  Smaller strollers should be tucked under your seat.  Please consult with an event staff member as to where larger strollers can be placed.  All strollers will be subject to search upon entry to the Stadium.

Solicitation
The selling or solicitation of any item by anyone other than university-authorized personnel in and around UB Stadium including parking lots is prohibited.

Weather or Stadium Emergencies:
UB Stadium is equipped with a lightning prediction system. In case of severe weather or other circumstances which may necessitate evacuation of the stadium, please follow directions of stadium personnel to the quickest exit.

Radio
UB football games will be broadcast on WECK 1230 AM
