Welcome to another exciting season of UB Basketball!

Whether you are a season ticket holder or this is your first time at Alumni Arena, we welcome you to the home of the UB Bulls! In order to make your game day experience more enjoyable, we have created the GAME DAY GUIDE to provide you with information and services.

 

Alumni Arena opens 60 minutes prior to tip-off.

PARKING

General Public Parking is FREE on game days. Please follow all parking instructions while on campus. Tune into 1620 AM for campus news and traffic reports.

HANDICAP parking spaces appear in all lots on UB's North Campus. Parking attendants will not be present. The closest lot to Alumni Arena is the Slee Parking lot.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY

Wheelchair accessibility is available on the track level directly above the 200 level section on the north side of the arena. All Handicap spaces are clearly marked on the floor. To access these areas, please take one of the elevators (east and west side of the building) to the 2nd floor. Exit the elevator and enter the main gym through a track level entrance. Enquire with an usher or game day staff for seating location and request for companion folding chair if required.

TICKET INFORMATION

Office Hours: The Alumni Arena Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm and ONE hour prior to every home basketball event.

STUDENT TICKETS

Distribution one hour prior to game at the STUDENT ZONE – 2nd floor on track.
Student tickets will be distributed until the end of the 1st half.

UNDERGRADUATE Students: Free with valid UB ID
Graduate Students & Guests of UB Students: Eligible for $10 men’s game ticket and Doubleheaders; $5 tickets for women’s games.

REWARD ZONE – Located next to STUDENT ZONE
UB Students have an opportunity to receive extra benefits by attending games throughout the season. Stop by on game-days to learn more.

ALUMNI ARENA INFORMATION and LOCATIONS:

UB Bulls Fan Central
Interactive sales & information area.  Stop by each game to enjoy a visit with special guests.  Sign up for activities, enter to win prizes,  or tweet a message to the video board.

ATM
Located in the Main lobby of the Arena.

First Aid
Our EMT station is located on the floor at the south east corner of the arena.

Lost & Found
Inquiries on lost and found items can be directed to guest relations located at the main entrance near the ticket office. Unclaimed items will be sent to the University Police Station located at the corner of the Coventry street entrance.

Elevators
Elevators are located on the east and west side of the building.

Restrooms
Located on the concourse, track and lowers levels.

Concessions
Stands and carts are located on the concourse level and the track level (north east corner) of the arena.

Merchandise
Stands are located in the concourse area.

Family Zones
The Tim Hortons kid zone is located in the south west corner of the Alumni Arena gym. This zone includes a bounce house, games, activities, performers and clowns. Entertainment varies by game.

Ushers
Are located throughout the arena and are clearly identified with their red "Event Staff" jackets. Ushers can assist with seat location, Handicap companion seat set up and other general questions about the event.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited at Alumni Arena. This includes all loading docks and doorways of the building.

Prohibited Items
Alcohol, Bottles, Artificial noise makers are not permitted into the Arena.

Solicitation
The selling or solicitation of any item by anyone other than university authorized personnel in and around Alumni Arena, including parking lots is prohibited.

UB Men's games are broadcasted on The Breeze 1230
UB Women' games are broadcasted on WLVL-AM 1340
